KERMO retrieves official MOT and Tax data via UK Government APIs. This data is used solely to provide you with vehicle insights and reminders.

In accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we implement strict security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and personal preference cookies to remember your saved vehicles. We also use analytical cookies (like Google Analytics) to understand how you interact with Kermo.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
When you delete a vehicle, all associated records are removed immediately. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days.
